To request a return or replacement for product purchased through our website, please complete the form below. If the product was damaged, please also upload photos of the product to help us process your request.
Please do not send any product to us for return or replacement without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
NOTE: At this time, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds for product purchased directly from DynaTrap.com If you would like a refund or replacement for an item purchased from one of our retail partners, please work directly with the retailer.
