How to Use
This mount is compatible with all Dynatrap® Outdoor Mosquito & Insect Traps, allowing you to easily hang your trap wherever insect problems may arise. Remember to place traps 3-6 feet above the ground to increase chances of mosquito contact. To avoid attracting insects to where you spend time, the trap should be located approximately 20-40 ft away from where people will be sitting or standing. Hang the trap on the mount, plug the trap in, and keep it running continuously.

Do you have instructions regarding this? It didn't come with one and for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Hi, thank you for reaching us. You can find how to install instructions on the website on the product page, the last image will show you how to do it.

As a follow-up, the picture isn’t clear. The bracket isn’t flush against a flat surface. So do you scree it in at an angle. Instead of a picture, could you please simply post a video of someone installing it into a fence or deck post? Thank you.
