I have been purchasing dynatrap replacement light bulbs directly to the company ever since I purchased my dynatrap over 3 years ago. It is the only way I can stay outdoors in the summertime in the northeast. All my friends family and neighbors of all purchase one and have had any success that I have had! I continue to refer people to purchase them.

I have had to replace two bulbs in three months. They are not lasting the stated 4 months as advertised. We keep our DynaTrap running 24/7 due to conditions for mosquitoes; high heat, high humidity and afternoon showers. Should the DynaTrap be turned off at night or when not in use?

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're sorry to hear that the bulbs are not lasting as long as expected. If this continues to occur, this could indicate an issue with the trap itself. We also only recommend using Dynatrap branded bulbs in the trap. The traps are designed to be operating 24/7.

I love this. The only thing wrong is now you have bulbs that emit Co2. Do you make a newer replacement bulb for model DT1100 that has this feature? I feel like I am being punished for buying my Dynatrap too soon before it was updated.

Very good insect trap. Bought it a little over a year ago. Changed the bulb this year 2022 after purchasing a two pack. Difficult to change bulb. Screw that holds bulb together is very tight and needs two people to hold unit upside down to insert. Use a magnetic screw driver. You will drop screw. After finally changing bulb, bulb was defective ordered another. Dynatrap said it might be a ballast and since it wasn't under warranty anymore, it would be worthless. I was lucky..it was the bulb. Dynatrap sent the new bulb ASAP. Great customer service.
