At Dynatrap®, we value your business and will always attempt to provide you with the very best of service. We are always available through our website at www.dynatrap.com/contact-us. We can also be reached by telephone, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, at (877) 403-8727 (TRAP). We will return correspondence as soon as it is received.
Dynatrap® offers a one(1) year, limited warranty on all Dynatrap® Insect Traps. Dynatrap® warranties to the original purchaser that the product is free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to remedy any defective part for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the one(1) year warranty period, Dynatrap® at its own option and discretion will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that Dynatrap® determines to be defective. Please contact us at 1-877-403-TRAP(8727) or via email at orders@dsw-llc.com for information on how to obtain service and/or a Return Authorization # (RGA#). If it is determined that the product may be defective, you will be given an RGA# and instructions on how to return the product. An unauthorized return (i.e., one for which an RGA# has not been issued) will be returned to you at your expense. This warranty does not apply to the UV light bulb included with the Dynatrap®. Nor does this warranty apply to UV light bulbs with the model numbers 31050, 32050, 41050, 41050-R, 43050, or 43050-R purchased separately. This warranty will not apply if, in our judgment, the Dynatrap unit has been subject to misuse and abuse, or if the unit has been altered in any way. In no case shall Dynatrap® be liable for any accidental, punitive, consequential, or any other damages of any kind for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever. This warranty does not apply if the unit is purchased outside the United States, excluding Canada and Mexico. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Dynatrap® offers a 90 day limited warranty on the DynaZap Extendable Insect Zapper (model #DZ30100). Dynatrap® warranties to the original purchaser that the product is free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to remedy any defective part for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the 90 day warranty period, Dynatrap® at its own option and discretion will replace, at no charge, any unit that Dynatrap® determines to be defective.
