Diana Martine
Senior Vice President of Human Resource
Diana Martine is a visionary and strategic Human Resources leader with more than a decade of progressive leadership experience driving transformative people initiatives across diverse industries, including biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, and global corporate environments. Known for her consultative mindset and results-driven approach, Diana excels at aligning talent strategies with business objectives, fostering high-performance cultures, and enabling organizations to scale and succeed through people.
Most recently she was the Head of Human Resources at Imvax, a pioneering biotechnology startup, where she was instrumental in driving measurable outcomes, including increased employee engagement, enhanced retention, and optimized organizational design.
Diana’s earlier roles include senior HR leadership positions at Biocoat, Aramark, Novo Nordisk, and Lockheed Martin, where she consistently delivered impactful solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations. Across every role, she has demonstrated a unique ability to drive change, cultivate inclusive workplaces, and empower organizations to achieve their strategic goals through their people. Diana holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts.
