The first 2 months this worked amazing. It took 2 days. I clean it once a week as well as detail clean it. I noticed shortly after 2 months it slowly stopped working and started getting bit by bugs. I trouble shooted the cause and couldn’t figure out what’s wrong especially the light bulb is on and it’s only a couple months old. The instruction manuals said to change bulb every 3 months aprx because the bulb loses uv that attracts the bugs even tho the bulbs are working. Dyno trap is the only place to purchase these bulbs except a couple places that is way more expensive. As I’m reading the details on this site to purchase bulbs it says every 2.5 years. I ordered bulbs if that doesn’t work than this was all a big waste of money. It’s a little costly to change bulbs every 2 months since this is when we noticed the bugs starting to come back. My mother n law loves hers and never changed her bulbs.
Led bulbs 32020 201120 did not last two months, no longer working! Very disappointed. My older smaller unit is running going on two years now

Bulbs are very hard to replace!
The shipping costs are to expensive for just ordering replacement bulbs.

I ordered the LED replacement bulbs for my new Dyna Trap. I had an older version that did not have the LED bulbs. The older version was wonderful, but I wanted the convenience of the way this unit has a opening at the bottom for cleaning. The bulbs are supossed to last 2.5 years, but I did not want to be without the bulbs - just in case ......

Overall, I like my Dynatraps (when they work) yet I bought another unit last year and when I went to start it up this year, the fan worked yet the lights were out. I ordered a new set of lights. Those didn't work. I then bought another set, those didn't work. I called customer service and tried to talk to someone, I was on hold forever, they recommended I send them an email and they'd respond in three days. I'm still waiting and it's been weeks and I have an expensive unit that doesn't work and two new sets of lights that do nothing for me. I really can't recommend Dynatrap because they love to sell their products and market to everyone yet lack the customer service experience to keep long term happy customers.
