Helpfulness
plugged unit in and bulb ...
Jul 21, 2022
plugged unit in and bulb would not light.. ordered two new ones.. still light doesn't work.. called customer service and since the unit is 14 months old they said I should pay for a replacement unit.. Well... no, not if it fails.. So question is how to return the two new un used bulbs??
It works, but it is almost impossible to replace
Mar 7, 2022
It works, but it is the most awful item to replace! I don't know who the product design engineer(s) are, but to replace, you need a hand that is the size of a child, but with the mind of full adult. Instead of the full acre size, that I thought would be most effective, I would recommend 2-3 of the smaller units. Total cost would be higher, but the frustration level much lower. ME? I am buying a propane powered mosquito fogger, thank you, very much.
